This 6-day trek through Djebel Saghro, located between the High Atlas and the Sahara, offers a unique desert-mountain experience. Known for its dramatic rock formations, deep gorges, and volcanic landscapes, the trek takes you through remote Berber villages, rugged plateaus, and lush oases. After an early breakfast at the hotel we will drive to crossing high atlas mountain through tizi N’tichka mountain pass 2260m high towards ouarzazat city where we will stop for lunch, afterwards we’ll pass skoura oasis, kalaat M’gouna and Roses valley by the land of thousands kasbahs. Continue to tagdilt village at the foothills of djebel saghrou where we will spend our first night .

After meeting our muleters who will carry our stuff we will have 5 hours of walking towards into the foothills of djebel saghrou crossing the plateau where we’ll enjoy stunning views of mount mgoun, after that we continue down to our camp near the summer hut of ait Atta nomads, overnight in tents.

This journey begins after breakfast we will climb kouauch summit 2510m the highest peak in saghrou mountains. Afterwards we continue down to our camp in igli, today you will discover different types of volcanic rocks in the area, overnight in tents.

After our breakfast we trek to pass by small village and we will encounter nomadic berbers and ancient cemetery of the nomads ait atta after lunch we will continue walking through the canyons to arriving to our camp in ighazioun valley .

Following the river through typical berber villages and ancient kasbahs of saghrou we’ll spend our last night in local gite at handour village near Nkob town .

through tichka pass, on the way back we will visit one of the UNESCO hertige site since 1987 Ait ben haddou kasbah then have lunch afterwards we will continue the journey back to Marrakech, overnight in the hotel.
